| SAMMY...WHAT A RIDICUOUSLY LOVING, SILLY, ADORABLE BOY!!! We're talkin "personality plus" here! You can't help but smile when you meet him. SAMMY IS A LAB IN A BASSET HOUND BODY! With all those loving traits of the FOREVER LOVED LABRADOR. Here is Sammy's heartug story: Sammy was discovered by us in URGENT CARE ISOLATION, in a LA shelter. He was terribly sick and was RECEIVING NO TREATMENT AT ALL!!!!!...All they told us was he had blood in his urine. He could barely stand up. Yet, as terribly ill as Sammy was, he would nuzzle up the the cage bars and lick ANY hand that passed by his dirty cage doors with HOPE. WE SAVED HIS LIFE WITHIN MINUTES OF HIM BEING PUT TO SLEEP! We rushed him to our vet where he was diagnosed with the worst bladder infection she had ever seen. His bladder was the size of a CANTALOPE! He was in excrutiating pain. Yet Sammy was still full of love and forgiveness. Sammy had his surgery, was given a warm bed,lots of antibiotics,hugs& kisses. He has recovered BEAUTIFULLY and now romps with all the dogs @ his foster home...again....Kissing everyone he meets along the way! ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS DOG IS: WHOEVER ADOPTS HIM, WILL BE "ONE FORTUNATE FAMILY". Better "WOW' us with a great application for this perfect big-hearted guy! |
